How To A Live Life That Is Not Based on Opinion, Perception, and Fear
We were born with no patterns or beliefs. We were born seeking love and comfort. As we grew, we picked up beliefs and fears from others. We were taught limits, so many limits. We began to shy away from our truest nature and began to choose for others, because of others. We learned how to perceive and what to learn. We learned how to judge others and ourselves. We were taught what was good and what was bad. We were taught History, Religion and so much more. But, let me ask you, where lies the truth of all those things?
If you peel away the layers of a belief or pattern you will see it comes from another human being just like you and me. Peel back some more and that belief or pattern that they held was based upon another belief or pattern, and so on… It is based on the opinion, perception, and fear of another. However, there have been some well known spiritual and thought leaders that have risen above because they relied more on their own true feelings or higher self to live their truth. The basis of that it being love. Love of self, love of nature, love of others, and love of creation.
You need to understand you are in control and you can choose to live life through love and joy. You can start by asking yourself where your thoughts are coming from. Are they coming from the past? If so, how accurate do you really think those thoughts are? When we look back on events we recall the feeling, the pain, the humiliation, etc., but those feelings were based on other circumstances, another time, and belong to a different person. While they may bear a resemblance to the present situation they are in fact not the same. You may perceive that not to be true, but the ‘truth’ is in the moment without thought. Are you projecting into the future based on past events or creating new worries based on media, opinions of others, or your wild imagination? The future is not present, meaning it does not exist right now. Right now is all that exists and you can choose the feeling of it and bring forth the energy of love.
Remember we instinctively gravitate towards love and joy. However, social norms are so integrated into our thought patterns and belief systems that our mind automatically overrides feeling good. We have to question the basis of our thoughts and change the trajectory of our thoughts. A great way to do that is to find the feeling of your intention.
